Super Wakame Seaweed Salad
Refreshing Wakame Seaweed Salad for breakfast.
Ingredients
- Wakame - 4-5 oz
- Sliced or Diced cucumber - 6 oz
- Green soya beans - 6oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
- Mirin - 3 tbsp
- Fresh Ginger Grated - 1 tsp
- Garlic (Minced) - 1
- Sesame Oil - 1 tsp
- Organic Maple syrup - 1 tsp
Instructions
Using a bowl put your Wakame in clear water for about 10 minutes and drain the water properly. Rinse once again with clean water.
Now into a bowl mix all of the ingredients and toss well. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes and repeat the tossing process.
Now wait for 10 more minutes and then serve.
