Knowing that apple cider vinegar is good for weight loss is one thing.
And knowing how to use apple cider vinegar for weight loss properly is another.
If appropriately used, ACV can give you so many benefits that your body will thank you for.
We are talking about weight loss, but if you want to know more about other benefits, take a look at this article from healthline.
A big fat disclaimer
If you are looking for some secret recipe that will make you slim very fast, then this post is not for you.
To best of my knowledge, no such thing exists that will give you a golden ticket to eating anything you want.
Or, if you are looking to add a healthy drink to your healthy diet and exercise routine, this drink will work miracles for you.
And at last, if you haven’t used this drink for at least 12-18 weeks, don’t complain about results.
Important: Choosing your vinegar.
Before purchasing, make sure that the label indicates the 5% acidity. Anything higher than that you put into your body, it’s no good.
Don’t make the mistake of buying processed clear vinegar. Because the so-called process reduces the power content of the “Mother” from it.
Mother, technically called Mycoderma aceti, is composed of things that these prevalent benefits of drinking ACV come from.
More things to consider:
Using apple cider vinegar does not come without caveats because of its acid content.
You never want to use ACV without dilution. If you do, it may do more harm than good.
The general rule of thumb for diluting is 1 tbsp for 8 ounces of water.
Here is the recipe:
- 2 Tbsp - Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp - Raw Usweetened Apple Juice
- 6-8 Ounces of Cold Or Lukewarm Water
- 1 - Cinnamon Stick
- 2-3 - Ice Cubes (Ignore if you want it warm)
Mix them all and shake well. Remember to use straw because acv may damage the enamel on your teeth.
