I’ve decided to share this amazing healthy recipe for you guys.
Alkaline water is basically water that has been ionized.

How to Make Alkaline Water: Step By Step
Buying alkaline water is something that costs a lot of money. It’s one of the reasons why people who know the benefits don’t end up acting on it.
However, did you know that you can make alkaline water at home?
I’ll help you do just that!
Ingredients You Need
- One-gallon container made of either glass or plastic with a screw-on lid
- One gallon of distilled water or tap water
- Baking Soda
- Sea Salt
- Coral calcium powder
- Kitchen knife
- Small bowl
- pH test strips
- Steps to Make Alkaline Water at Home
Now that you have all of your ingredients, I’ll go through the steps you need to follow to make alkaline water at home!
- Pour half of the distilled water into the container with a screw-on lid.
- Add one teaspoon of sea salt, baking soda, and coral calcium powder to the container.
- Shake till it mixes.
- Wash the lemon thoroughly and juice it in a small bowl. Take out all the seeds and discard them.
- Pour the juice into the main container.
- Shake till it mixes.
- Add the rest of the half of the distilled water to the container and leave some space at the top for air.
- Shake the container well to make sure that all the ingredients mix well.
Use your pH strips to determine what level you’re at. The instructions on the packing of the strips should help you in figuring that out. If your water is on level 8 or 9, you are good.
If that’s not the case, just add ¼ the teaspoon of baking soda and try again.
And, that’s all!
You can mix all the dry ingredients in a container and just add it to water along with some lemon for a quick fix!
