Try this rosemary grapefruit infusion that will quench your thirst and will make staying hydrated easier.

Here is the recipe but feel free to improvise (for e.g. add watermelon or crushed mint leaves )
- 4-5 Slices of Grapefruit
- 4-5 Leaves of Rosemary
- 1/2 tbsp Organic honey (Optional)
- 1L filtered Water
- Ice Cubes Optional
- Add all ingredients into a mason jar or travel bottle.
- Make sure to remove the pith if you want to steep it overnight to prevent bitterness.
- Add honey if you want it sweet-sour taste.
Dont use if you are allergic to rosemary. Avoid if you are diabetic.
