Natural beauty is nature’s gift to every women. And we often lose this beauty by running after false promises of synthetic and chemical based beauty products.
As soon as we step into adolescents we get automatically attracted to make up products.
Thanks to the bombardment of advertisements we have to process these days.
What a shame.
Using too many chemical based make up products is very harsh to our delicate skin.
Our pores become filled with residual chemicals from these makeup products and our skin loses the ability to flush out carbon-dioxide from our body and suck up mighty oxygen which is very essential for our health.
As a result our face becomes blank and loses all its glory when you are not wearing your makeup.
Remember, it is very difficult to regain your natural beauty once you lose it.
In contrast, using natural products from your kitchen will keep your face attractive.
You just have to clean your facial skin well, do the message the right way and apply the face pack that has has the right ingredients.
It’s that simple.
Here is the detailed process of doing facial at home using the natural ingredients.
Step 1. Cleansing your skin.
It is very important to clean your skin well before you go about doing facial of your skin.
Use a mild cleansing milk to clean your skin and if your skin is oily use handmade soap to clean your skin with lukewarm water.

Also before washing your face, wipe off that extra oil from your face using a clean cotton ball.
Step 2. Massage
Now your face is ready for massage. When choosing the cream, always consider your skin type.
If you have normal skin feel free to go with general cold cream or all purpose cream.
In case of dry skin, use vanishing cream or vitamin cream.
To start with, start massaging your face with light pressure. Keep in mind that you are doing massage in vertical motion. Always go from bottom to top(More on this shortly).
Skin around eyes is very delicate so make sure that you massage here with even more light pressure.
Massage your face for at-least 10 to 15 minutes because that how long it takes for cream to penetrate your skin.
Remove any leftover cream with a cotton ball.
On to the next step…
Step 3. Steaming Your Face
Next step in your facial process is steaming. Steaming is very beneficial for your skin as it opens and cleanses the closed pores of your skin.
By opening your pores, your skin will be able to absorb ingredients from your face pack to yield you maximum benefit from facial.
To steam your face use a normal facial steamer. If you don’t have one then use a normal wide pot from your kitchen.
Add boiling water into the wide pot. Bring your face closer to the pot so that steam can touch your face.
Now cover your head with a towel. Make sure you also cover the pot so steam has nowhere to escape.

Step 4: Applying Face Pack aka Face Mask.
This is the last phase of your facial process. You can either blend your face pack at home or you can buy a ready to apply one from the market.

If you are using a ready to use face pack then follow the instructions on the label to prepare the pack.
Apply the face pack on your entire face and neck leaving behind your eyes.
Dip two cotton balls in rose water and put them our eyes and lie down and relax until it dries. Normally it takes about 20 mins or so.
Make sure that you don’t talk or smile until your remove face pack from your face.
Doing so can lead to ugly looking wrinkles on your skin.
Also try to put pillows under your feet while your waiting for your face-pack to dry.

Step 5 : Removing face pack
Dip a cotton ball in rose water and start wiping of your face mask from your skin and util it’s completely gone. Use we towel to pat dry your face. Apply a moisturizer and your are done.
