Cinnamon Orange and Honey Infused Detox Water

This orange cinnamon and mint infused water is perfect drink when your taste buds are calling for sweet-tart taste.

You have to agree that staying hydrated is very critical to our health and drinking plain old water is no fun.

This delicious yet health detox water is packed with Vitamin C and is great for your skin.

What’s inside?

Ceylon Cinnamon

A recent study showed that a compound that is found in cinnamon ignites the process of thermogenesis. (https://linkinghub.elsevier.com/retrieve/pii/S0026049517302123)

While in thermogenesis our body produces heats, as a result burns more calories than it normally does.

Also, cinnamons are diuretic, that means it will help you lose that extra water weight we carry due to high sodium intake.

Cinnamon is high in antioxidants (even more than garlic and cloves), particularly, polyphenol which can help us with our weight loss goals and digestive issues.

I like it most for its aroma and I use Ceylon cinnamon only.

Oranges

High fibre in oranges keeps our gut clean and healthy. Eating oranges as whole or infused in water is more healthy than juicing them.

Oranges are extremely filling when you eat them as slices.

It has lower calories than apple per serving.

So those were the benefits guys.
